For April 2011, Casio G-Shock drops some new watches to kick the spring off with a bang. This first release includes three models: the GLX-6900 in two different colors featuring details on, the new GD-100PS in this original version khaki strap “two-tone” and finally, the GRX-5600A, again in two colors pop. Jordan Brand x Casio G-Shock Watch Collection

Casio G-Shock has teamed up with the Jordan Brand to create a line of watches for this weekends All-Star weekend festivities. Coming in three colorways (red, black and light blue) the watches feature shock resistance, water resistance to an incredible 200 meters, flash alert, multi-function alarm, countdown timer, 1/100 second stopwatch and 12/24 hour formats. The collection will be available during NBA All-Star Weekend for $100 USD at Footaction stores.
KRINK x Casio G-Shock DW-6900 Watch

Casio G-Shock “Green Colors” Collection

As a part of their February 2011 release, CASIO G-Shock unveil two new watches under the “Green Colors” collection. Although this may seem like any ordinary release, what differentiate the two timepieces from others is the ability for the battery to be charged via solar light. Pretty cool. With a white body and contrasting green detailing the watches keep true to its name. Available soon through select CASIO G-Shock retailers.

Would you spend $180,000 USD on a watch with your face on it? We wonder if Kanye thought twice when he fearlessly spent 180K on a diamond encrusted timepiece created by Damon Dashs’ Tiret Watches. The oval shape timepiece features 8 carats worth of diamonds and took five months to create. Dope or nope?

Nixon The Chronicle Watch

Nixon has dropped a new model. Dubbed the “Chronicle” the watch comes in five different colorways and features a steel band, equipped with a double-locking clasp for a secured fit. The timepiece also features a custom 100 meter stainless steel case with hardened mineral crystal, date magnifier and oversize triple gasket crown. Stussy and A Bathing Ape have teamed up one last time before the end of the year, creating this camo Luminox timepiece. Featuring black, white and grey camo in the dial and a black rubber band the watch will retail for 39,690 yen (Approx $479 USD) and will be available in the middle of January next year at Stussy Chapter stores.

A Bathing Ape has collaborated with CASIO G-Shock once more to create a new DW-6900 model. Coming in a black on black design, the watch features subtle color other than the red accenting on the dial, which is contrary to their past versions. The watch is set at a retail price of ¥21,000 JPY (approximately $250 USD). Look out for a release in the upcoming months.
